How do I submit the order?

There are multiple custom artwork listings in our shop. After you choose the style you want please email us the photo to get the work started. After receiving the order we always follow up with the customer to discuss all details.

How far do you travel for events?

Although majority our events are in Florida we travel all over the world to make your event a success. We have done events in and our of Florida state and even abroad in Germany and UK.

What are your prices for events?

We prefer to work with each client directly and give the price based on the details of the event such as type of the event, amount of artists or services, location and sometimes even season.

How many artists can you provide?

We work with multiple artists specializing in different services. Based on the availability we can provide up to 8 caricature artists which is our most popular service. Most of the time we provide a discount for each additional artist.

Can I combine multiple services?

Yes, we encourage to combine services and we provide discounts for an additional artist of any service.

How do I book you for an even?

Contact us with the details of your event by filling out the event form or by email or phone. To book your day we require 50% downpayment and a filled out and signed contract. However we are flexible and we understand that many businesses and Universities have their own vendor payment structure that they have to obey by. We will always communicate with you on individual basis to find a solution.

How long does it take to receive custome artwork order?

Caricatures, silhouettes and name designs take approximately 3-5 days to complete after receiving the photos (plus shipping time). However sometimes with large orders or with intensive discussion with the client about personalization this time frame can be pushed further. Portraits might take longer based on the style. We keep close communication with the customer about the status of the order.

If you have a deadline we will do our best to meet it.

I don't like it. Can I get a refund?

Unfortunately due to every picture being custom made we can not accept refunds. We always make sure we incorporate all your requests and communicate with you closely, but after caricature/silhouette/portrait/name design is completed and shipped to you this is final.
